Richard Barkhordarian, Esq. has been practicing law since 2004, graduating from Pepperdine University School of Law. He began his career as a business litigator but eventually sought greater personal fulfillment by shifting his focus to helping those he felt were most vulnerable and often taken advantage of. On April 1, 2012, he founded the Barkhordarian Law Firm, PC, dedicating his practice to representing injured workers in disputes against their employers.

As he continued his work, Richard recognized that many employers were not only mistreating employees but also disregarding labor laws, creating further injustices for workers. In response, he expanded his firm’s services to include employment law, establishing an Employment Law Section on January 1, 2019. This addition allows the firm to handle a wide range of employment disputes in-house, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support while holding employers accountable to California’s labor laws. Richard remains deeply committed to advocating for workers’ rights and promoting fairness in the workplace.
