For more than 35 years, Joel Siegal has represented individuals who often lack the resources to engage in litigation against formidable entities of our society: major corporations, insurance firms, and governmental bodies. Joel did his bachelors from the State University of New York at Albany. After that he went on and studied in the Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations in New York City. In the year 1978 he studied in the California Western School of Law in San Diego.

Joel began working as an apprentice in 1983 for the famous civil and labor rights lawyer – Jerry Garchik. Soon after that he was admitted to the California Bar. Here he worked on one of the most prominent cases – the Henry Liu wrongful death case.

Apart from this, Joel also works on cases related to sexual abuse. He has worked for numerous children who had been sexually abused by an army colonel linked with Church of Satan. During his time in the legal field, Joel has successfully represented many women as well who were sexually abused.

Joel is an amazing person to come across and takes each of his case with utmost commitment and sincerity. His twenty five years in the legal field have made him a much stronger and calmer human with extraordinary farsightedness. He is happily married to Revital Siegel and has two beautiful daughters as well.
