Roger Krause is a passionate advocate who blends his deep compassion for others with a keen understanding of human behavior. With a sharp intellect and street smarts, he has dedicated his career to fighting for what’s right, specializing in representing families in wrongful death cases—a calling that drives him every day.
Originally from New York City, Roger’s educational journey took him from Emory University in Atlanta for his undergraduate degree to Columbia University, where he earned a Master’s in Psychology. His desire to help others led him to Georgia State University, where he pursued a law degree.
During law school, Roger had the privilege of interning with the Honorable Marion Pope at the Georgia Court of Appeals, gaining invaluable insight into the legal system. He then began his career at a large insurance defense firm before transitioning to a midsize firm. Ultimately, Roger’s entrepreneurial spirit led him to establish the Krause Law Firm, where he now advocates tirelessly for clients in need.
Roger’s legal expertise and unwavering commitment to justice have earned him recognition in several prestigious circles, including the SuperLawyers list—a testament to his peers’ respect and admiration.
Outside of the courtroom, Roger has served as Chairman of the Board of Trustees for the Lawyer Referral and Information Services and as a Member at Large on the Small Firm Section of the Atlanta Bar. He is also a passionate educator, occasionally lecturing to law students and professionals.
Roger lives in Atlanta with his wife and two sons, where he balances his demanding career with a loving family life.
